Our client, a paint manufacturing and Distribution company in Nigeria seeks the services of the following personnel in their Uyo Outlet: Job Title: Assistant General Manager Location: Akwa Ibom State Job Description

  • Develop and effectively strategies ways of implementing the vision of the organization
  • Providing operational leadership and ensuring the most suitable resource management framework
  • Process design are put in place for the achievement of long term goals
  • He/she will drive the sustainability program of the company to regain its leadership position in the paint industry in Nigeria.
  • Reports to the Executive Management Committee
Requirements
  • Must have postgraduate qualifications in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or related discipline.
  • Membership of a professional body and a Post graduate in Management will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years active work experience, seven of which must be within a manufacturing environment with cognate experience in industrial paint lines.
  • Must have knowledge of manufacturing technology and project management essentials.
Job Title: Accountant Location: Akwa Ibom State Job Description
  • Providing and interpreting financial information;
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
  • Prepare budgets and financial statements in a timely manner for effective decision making
  • Analysing change and advising accordingly;
  • Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk;
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
  • Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
  • Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
  • Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. Auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations such as the inland revenue;
  • Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
  • Managing budgets;
  • Reports to the Executive Management Committee
Requirements
  • Must have a degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years active work experience, two (2) of which must be within a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be a member of a professional body
  • Knowledge of cost accounting and international financial reporting system are essential.
Job Title: Manager, Sales & Marketing Location: Akwa Ibom State Job Description:
  • Formulate and implement the company’s strategic sales and marketing plan.
  • Generate and maintain customer-friendly distribution channels and retaining sizeable share of the market periodically.
  • Ensures that the brand is the most accepted in all the company’s chosen market
Job Requirements: 
  • Must have postgraduate qualification in marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years active work experience, seven (7) of which must be within a manufacturing/retail environment.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing sector and sales project pipeline are essential, particularly marketing industrial paints.
  • Membership of a professional body will be an added advantage.
