Job Title: School Coordinator (Secondary) Location: Abuja
Job Description
  • As a school coordinator, you are responsibly for facilitating the collaboration of the school, families and support of students in learning.
  • You are to ensure the school programmes are carried out in accordance with the tenets of the school.
  • You shall play a key role in making sure schools programmes are successful and establish a positive and trusting relationships with students and families.
Responsibilities
  • Developing a creative learning community across the school
  • Develop clear understanding and enthusiasm for creative teaching and learning as a key to raising achievement, aspiration and motivation
  • Develop and manage comprehensive academic support program.
  • Act as a facilitator in the school and translate the schoolТs vision and mission into reality for creative learning
  • Coordinate the arrival of student, teachers and orientating them to the school environment.
  • Support school personnel in assessing, understanding, and responding to students social-emotional-behavioral developmental needs
  • Establish and lead a Student Support Team and process in the school that identifies and responds to the strengths and unique developmental needs and challenges of each and every child in the school.
  • Engage families and caregivers in understanding the ways in which academic outcomes are enhanced by serving the social/emotional and personal development needs of the child.
  • Ensure all programme activity is carried out with due regard to health and safety and the safeguarding of students and staff
  • Provide guidance to students on academic goals and educational issues.
  • Assist students on study habits and career selection.
  • Prepare and maintain student records according to district policies and administrative regulations.
  • Implement standards and Norms of British-Nigerian Curricular.
  • Connect students to a range of prevention, early intervention, and intensive supports that address the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development of each student.
  • Coordinate various faculty, department and maintain database of students.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 - 10years experience
  • Must have experience in British Curriculum
  • B.Sc, MBA / MSc is an added advantage.
  • Must be able to use MS word.

Job Title: Logistics / Operations Manager Location: Abuja
Job Description
  • As a logistics and operations manager, you are responsible for providing logistic support and overseeing the overall logistic and operation management processes to achieve the school goal and objective.
  • Your core responsibility is to ensure good planning, oversight, management and coordination of logistics support and operations management.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, consolidate, and ensure smooth implementation and adherence to logistic and security procedures to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and track shipments and movement of materials from one location to the other.
  • Provide prompt travel arrangements and other logistical support.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses, monitor stock levels and place orders as needed and ensure materials are delivered on a timely basis
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers and keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs.
  • Track, receive all stocks and items ordered or purchased and ensure they are delivered and appropriately stored and safe. Provide and document list of all equipment moved from one point to the other.
  • Oversee storage of materials, warehouse management and maintain inventory.
  • Analyze supply chain systems, ordering materials, operating necessary equipment and managing warehouse personnel.
  • Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing, track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Manage repair equipment, carry out annual property inventory review and provide report in your area of responsibility.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.
  • Manage and ensure the safety and security of material, warehouse and officers and handle emergency situations.
  • Develop reports on material and personnel movements and various operational logistics problems.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc

Job Title: Head Teacher Location: Abuja
Job Description
  • As a Head-Teacher, you are the most senior teacher and leader of our primary school will be responsible for the education of our pupils, management of staff, and making policy for the school.
  • You are responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the school, academic achievement of our pupils and the management of staff.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure day-to-day smooth running, management, organization and administration of the school in order to create a productive and disciplined learning environment.
  • Maintain a positive and appropriate educational environment, and create a programme that meets the intellectual and emotional needs of all of our pupils.
  • Implement standards and Norms of British-Nigerian Curricular.
  • Ensures that the academic standard of the school is of the highest quality and excellence.
  • Determine, organize and implement a diverse, flexible curriculum and implement an effective assessment framework
  • Supervise teaching and learning programmes and oversee the implementation of electronic learning strategy and ICT development and learning
  • Work closely with families to encourage mutual cooperation and adherence to school policies
  • Ensures that all materials required for the smooth operation of curricular and co-curricular activities are made available and utilized as and when appropriate.
  • Ensure that all academic staff updates their knowledge and keep abreast of developments in their respective discipline through active participation in subject associations, seminars, workshops and conferences where relevant.
  • Formulate overall aims and objectives for the school and ensure strict implementation and compliance with the school policies.
  • Report weekly, quarterly and annual on schoolТs performance to senior management.
  • Resolving major disciplinary issues with pupils, parents and member of staff.
  • Develop weekly lesson plans, activities and class set-ups and assess childrenТs needs and development
  • Represent the school at conferences, seminars, events and other official programmes within and outside the school.
  • Lead, motivate and manage staff by delegating responsibility, setting expectations, targets and evaluating staff performance.

Job Title: Vice President, Academic Location: Abuja
Job Description
  • As a Vice President, Academic, you are the chief academic officer of the school and responsible for educational policy and academic programs, planning, implementing, and coordinating the educational programs of the school and overseeing all academic affairs. The following role applies.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise teaching and learning programmes (Academic Programme)
  • Supervise and co-ordinate all the academic affairs of the school and ensure a high level of excellence as regards the school's academic activities on a daily basis.
  • Ensure the compliance of learners and academic staff to rules and regulations pertaining to curricular and co-curricular activities.
  • Liaise with other managers where appropriate to address the implementation of academic suggestions on quality assurance.
  • Implement standards and Norms of British-Nigerian Curricular.
  • Oversees the Academic Programme of the college and reports lapses (weaknesses) to senior management.
  • Co-ordinates the adequate writing of lesson notes weekly by all educators and ensure the appropriate use of teaching aids during lessons.
  • Oversees the adequate teaching of every lesson by educators and ensure that no lesson is missed by any educator.
  • Ensure that student's notes are marked by subject teachers and duly endorsed and countersigned by the relevant supervisor.
  • Periodically appraises the educators, supervisors and HODs, the librarian and guidance counselors and submit the reports to senior management.
  • As the chairperson of the School Continuous Assessment Committee, you are to ensure the effective performance of this committee.
  • Provide monthly report to senior management on key responsibility areas
  • Ensures that stipulated examination syllabus and curricular are available and fully implemented.
  • Ensures that the academic standard of the College is of the highest quality and excellence.
  • Ensures that supervisors and Heads of Departments submit periodic reports to their respective departments.
