Job Title: Female School Operations Coordinator

Job Description
- We are looking to appoint a Female Operations Coordinator for February start. As our School Operations Coordinator, your central goal is to provide pupils, parents, staff and all other callers/visitors to our school with outstanding customer-focused service as well as overseeing service delivery; focusing on increasing efficiency and improving quality.
Main Purpose
- The prime responsibility of the office holder is to manage key operations of academic and support staff to ensure the highest quality of service across the academic curriculum and to advise the Director of studies.
The School Operations Coordinator under the direction of the Director of Studies will take a major role in:
- Implementing the aims and objectives of the school
- Coordinating policies for achieving these aims and objectives
- Managing staff and resources to that end
- Monitoring progress towards the achievement of the school’s aims and objectives
- If the Director of Studies is absent, the School Operations Coordinator will deputise, as directed by management.
Essential Educational, Qualification and Experience
To be our school operations coordinator, you will need to be a leader who is organized and committed to the job:
- Must hold a BA Degree in English from a reputable institution and a Master’s Degree in Education Administration / Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related Discipline.
- Knowledge of the British Curriculum is desirable and an added advantage
Professional Qualification:
- Professional certification from relevant reputable certifying body
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years verifiable relevant experience in a similar role
- Must be based in Ibadan and be able to commute easily to work
- The School Operations Coordinator will be required to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people and follow school policies and the staff code of conduct.

- We are looking to appoint an outstanding Foundation Stage 2 class teacher to teach our 4-5 year olds.

Requirements
For your application to be successful, you must meet the following criteria:

- Knowledge and experience of teaching phonics is preferred and an added advantage
- Be able to teach a full range of subject areas for this year group
- Have high expectations for behaviour, attainment and progress
- You will have understanding of the importance of pupil tracking and progress
- Creative skills such as dance, drama, art and crafts are a MUST
- You MUST have excellent English Language skills (clear written, reading and spoken) along with good numeracy skills
- To be confident in using ICT and media to support your work and the children’s learning.

Job Title: Female Toddler Teacher (Playgroup)
Location: Ibadan - Oyo

- As our Early Years Educator, you will be required to work with toddlers in Playgroup
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum qualification required is (BA/B.Ed). A certificate in Early Years Education is an added advantage
- Must have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience in preschool
- You should be enthusiastic and confident in your abilities to engage children and extend their learning through play, enabling their emotional, social and educational development.
- Be enthusiastic, innovative, creative and dynamic in developing relevant lesson plans that meet the needs of all children and delivering them effectively
- Be able to produce stimulating classroom and outdoor learning environments that promote independent learning
- To complement your qualification and experience, you will come with patience, good sense of humour, enthusiasm and great stamina to keep up with the needs and energy of a large group of young, lively children.
- Creative skills such as music, dance, drama, art and crafts are a must
- You must have excellent written and oral English skills

- Must be resident in Ibadan and be able to easily commute to Idi-Ishin, Jericho, Ibadan.
