Job Title: Lecturer (Architecture) 

Location: Omuma, Imo

Qualifications

•  Minimum of a Master's degree in Architecture (in CADD, Environmental Design).
• Possession of Ph.D. degree will be an added advantage.
• Professional Membership: Must be a registered member of the relevant professional body (e.g., Nigerian Institute of Architects for Architecture)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in academic or similar institution.

 

Job Title: Lecturer (Fine and Applied Arts) 

Location: Omuma, Imo

Qualifications

• Minimum of a MA/M.Sc in Fine Arts or related field.
• Possession of Ph.D. degree will be an added advantage.
• Professional Membership: Must be a registered member of the relevant professional body
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in academic or similar institution.

 

Job Title: Security Staff

Location: Omuma, Imo

Qualifications

• Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC). B.Sc / B.A / HND / OND / NCE may be considered.
• Experience: Previous experience in security services is preferred
• Skills: Good communication skills and physical fitnessisvery important.

 

Job Title: Medical Attendant

Location: Omuma, Imo

Qualifications

• Minimum of Senior Secondary School Cerficate (SSSC) or National Examination Council Certificate (NECO) with credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and or Physics; Training or Certification in Healthcare or Laboratory Assistance is an added advantage.
• Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is preferred.

 

Job Title: Technologist (Architecture)

Location: Imo

Requirements

• Minimum of HND in Architecture with good knowledge in:
  • Data room, photography, modelling and studio management
  • Technological courses.
• Membership of the relevant professional body (e.g., Nigerian Institute of Architects for Architecture) will beanadded advantage.

 

Job Title: Assistant Chief Security Officer

Location: Imo

Requirements

• Applicant must be ex-military/ex- police/ex-Nigerian Civil Defence Corps/ex-paramilitary personnel.
• Age: Not more than 50 years at the point of entry

Experience:

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in security
• Good understanding of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonalskills.

 

Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Omuma, Imo

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) Degree from a recognized institution
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC experience
• Professional Membership: Must be registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).

 

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Omuma, Imo

Qualifications

• BA / BSc in English Language and Literature or HND in Secretarial/Clerical Studies, Office Technology, and Management.
• 2+ years experience in academics or similar institution

 

Job Title: Driver

Location: Imo

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Senior Secondary Certificate Education (SSCE) or equivalent
• Certification or training in vehicle mechanics is an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a driver.
• Proven experience and skills in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques.

 

Job Title: Gardener

Location: Imo

Qualifications

• First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC), Basic Education Certificate, Senior Secondary Certificate Education (SSCE) / National Examination Council Cerficate (NECO), or equivalent will be an advantage.

 

Job Title: Nurse / Midwife

Location: Imo

Qualification

• B.Sc in Nursing or its equivalent from any recognised institution.

Experience: 

• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualificaonexperience

Professional Membership: 

• Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)

 

Job Title: Medical Doctor

Location: Omuma, Imo

Qualifications

• MB/BS Degree from a recognized institution
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC experience
• Professional Membership: Must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
