We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Unit Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Field: Administration / Secretarial

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train financial planners for the Unit.
  • Ensures that the production and profitability budget of the Unit is achieved.
  • Prepares agreed unit reports and submit to the Agency Manager.
  • Engages in marketing to meet the personal target.
  • Participates in the financial planners' recruitment process for the Agency.
  • Supports the Unit financial planners in closing business and general sales activities.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • A great flair for marketing
  • 2 - 5 years post-graduation working career in any Financial institution
  • Must Reside in Ibadan.

Salary Structure
Basic salary with commission.
