Job Title: Tube Mill Machine Operator

Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced Tube Mill Machine Operators to join our team in driving our quality standards. Candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining Tube Mill Machine in line with our ISO operating standards and working with the team to optimize production volume.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 3-10 years experience.
• Proven working experience as a Tube mill machine operator.

Abilities:

• To utilize hand tools such as dead blow and ball peen hammers to ensure proper final fitting of rollers and bearing.
• To operate and maintain shaping sew machine, HF panel, Cooling tower, fly sew, accumulator.
• To set and start new size independently(Round, Square and rectangular).
• To use measuring instrument, such as tape, caliper, Micrometer
• A high level of attention to details
• To test and adjust machine speed or actions, according to product specification.
• To operate compressor, zine spray, overhead crane, minor welding to join coils,
• To Set and adjust the sizing and shaping rolls to get quality finish product.

Salary
N60,000 - N150,000 / Month.
