Radix Trustees Limited (“Radix Trustees”or “the Company”) is a fully owned subsidiary institution of Radix Capital Partners Limited (“Radix Capital”or “Radix”). Radix expertise in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Investment Promotion Advisory, Equity, Debt Participation, Structured Finance, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) transactions) catapulted its expansion in the capital market industry by incorporating Radix Trustees Limited on April 22, 2010, and registering the company with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to provide Trust and related services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Trust Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• Ensure offering of wide range of Radix Trustees wide range of product (Family Trust, Private Trust, Will Writing, Escrow Account, Educational Trust, etc.) to clients.
• Ensure theselecting of investments for the trust's assets andaligning such with the objectives of the trust and meet any risk profiles established by the trustor.
• Monitor investment performance, manage asset allocation, and work with financial advisors or investment managers.
• Act in the best interests of the trust's beneficiaries, ensuring that decisions made are aligned with the trust's terms and conditions.
• Responsible for overseeing the assets held in trust, ensuring that they are properly managed, invested, and distributed according to the terms outlined in the trust agreement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trust transactions, investments, distributions, and other activities.
• Ensure that the trust administration complies with all relevant laws, including tax regulations, investment laws, and any jurisdiction-specific trust laws.
• Work with legal and tax advisors to ensure that trust documents are up to date and that the trust is operated in accordance with all legal obligations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
