We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Talent Development Executive Location: Lagos Job Requirements/Responsibilities

• We are looking for Talent Development Executives who will be responsible for managing the talents, standardizing the daily video creations and video content, enhancing the activities and the quality of such videos and help in developing and managing content creators and talents for the for VSKIT platform.

• Excavate and develop video creators through video products, social media platforms or other online and offline methods, and bring them to Vskit.
• Customize video recording task scheduling and collecting according to operational needs, and monitor the outcome.
• Submit monthly statistics and feedback on the amount and related data of the videos recorded by the connected talents.

• Must be a heavy Social media user, most especially with short-video platforms.
• Excellent business development ability.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be hardworking and motivated
• Must have a strong online presence and relationships with online influencers.
• Must be lively, confident and cheerful
