Job Title: Head of Operations
Ref: HOO 001
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate operational activities consistent with the achievement of corporate goals.
- Review & implement criteria, application instructions, procedural manuals, policies and s
- Direct country wide supervision of the entire operations team, etc.
Qualification- B. Sc/HND in Business Administration/Marketing or any Social Sciences from a recognized University or Polytechnic with a minimum or second class lower or lower credit.
- Must be a goal getter, a team player with proven ability to work independently
- Must possess a minimum of 10 years cognate experience in a Courier & Logistics Organisation
- MBA in Marketing & Professional membership will be added advantage.
- Must be computer literate
Job Title: Regional Sales ManagersRef: RBM 002
Location: North & East
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic business plans for business growth.
- Evolve sales strategies, prospect and win key accounts
- Establish sales goals and ensure attainment of annual revenue, shipment and debt collection targets. Supervision of sales/marketing activities within the region.
Qualification- B. Sc/HND in Business Administration/Marketing or any Social Sciences from a recognized University or Polytechnic with a minimum or second class lower or lower credit.

Job Title: Branch/Sales ManagersRef: B/SM 003
Location: Benin, Kaduna, Kano, Ilorin, Enugu and Jos
Responsibilities- Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve short and long term revenue targets in the branch
- Develop & manage clientele base for consistent business growth
- Supervise customer service, finance and administration of the branch,
Qualification- B. Sc/HND in Business Administration/Marketing or any Social Sciences from a recognized University or Polytechnic with a minimum or second class lower or lower credit.
- Must be a goal getter, a team player with proven ability to work independently
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a Courier & Logistics Organisation
- MBA in Marketing & Professional membership will be added advantage.
- Must be computer literate
Job Title: Office CoordinatorRef: OFC 004
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities- Prepare proposals, correspondences, including drafting of general replies.
- Collate branch weekly reports/budgets cum actual revenues monthly.
- Ensure effective administration of the office as welt as accurate record keeping system.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a MUST,
- Must be versatile in computer software applications.
