  • This role will suit young graduates that have a strong interest in marketing of training and consultancy products.
  • You must be intellectually solid, mentally tenacious and physically fit to combine online and email marketing with field work, using existing and new networks.
  • High level of commission is available for successful individuals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business, economic and financial research for marketing.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate database of clients and prospects.
  • Planning and coordinate training programmes, conferences and events.
  • Provide adequate support to consultants to effectively deliver assignments.
  • Organise meetings and produce an executive summary of meetings.
  • Produce daily activity, weekly progress, and monthly performance reports.
  • Develop and implement aggressive market awareness and penetration initiatives.
  • Produce partnership and business development proposals for prospects.
  • Identify and secure partners, clients and delegates for key developmental programmes.
Performance Targets will be based on the following:
  • Efficiency and quality of the business development function.
  • No of delegates successfully registered for training programmes.
  • No of successful partnership and consultancy proposals achieved.
  • Quality and success of market and business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • A strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong understanding of social, political and economic challenges in Nigeria with good knowledge of training and consultancy products available.
  • Good experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A good first degree.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
