Job Title: Technical Sales Manager - Membrane & Water Filtration Technology

Job Summary

  • The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for generating and converting business opportunities while implementing the business plan with the aim of achieving assigned sales revenue.
  • The job holder manages client relationship by providing technical support and solutions that will enhance clients’ business operations while increasing business opportunities for Eunisell Limited’s revenue.

Essential Job Functions
Sales:

  • Source for business opportunities and convert same to revenue.
  • Collaborates with relevant units to develop customer-based sales plan including sales, pricing plans and new business attainment.
  • Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensures attainment of the company’s sales goals and profitability.
  • Support sales team in identifying and developing account and opportunity strategies.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and trends.
  • Understand the company’s value and learn how to leverage this to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Identify key market opportunities for Eunisell service offerings and maximize the company’s market share.
  • Develop clear sales and technical support plan for the membrane and water filtration technology and related business
  • Through an understanding of clients’ business needs, build ability to influence client’s decisions on contracts or business award to Eunisell.
  • Generate sales leads and follow through to achieve business goals.

Technical:

  • Provide technical support to commercial/sales at customers such as technical presentations, technical selling, that fits in with sales development.
  • Work with operations team to mobilize equipment and provide regular technical feedback to customer as may be required.
  • Make technical presentations on all service offerings and capability.
  • Employ the organic growth of the business with established customers through technical support services and other adequate promotional aids.
  • Liaise with technical stakeholders in client companies’ and provide value-add technical solutions as may be required.
  • Handle the technical parts of tenders and bids for membrane water filtration technology and related businessservices, and defend same to win business opportunities for the company.

Minimum Educational Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Science / Engineering in related discipline.
  • Relevant professional certification.
  • Relevant post graduate (MBA, M.Sc) is preferred.

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 15 - 25 years experience within the industrial and oil & gas industry, especially membrane & water filtration technology and related operations.
  • All round experience in operations, technical, business development and commercial services as stated aboveand related environment.
  • Proven history of sales results, successful problem solving and the generation of new opportunities.
  • Project/contract management experience will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of membrane & water filtration technology equipment
  • Proven sales/business development experience in industrial and oilfield industry selling technical solutions to businesses and business development within related companies.
