Mintyn online bank is a licensed digital product of Finex Microfinance Bank built to give you a free, smarter and better alternative to the banks of the past. It offers Personal and Business current accounts, Mutual Fund investments, and Business Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Mintyn Marketplace offers customers in-app access to a selection of groceries and Fast-moving goods at great prices. It is Headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Active involvement with stakeholders from Product Ideation to Implementation.
• Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Create product roadmaps and ensure timely deliverables on KPI's
• Define and be accountable for product goals and metrics.
• Initiate and submit for approval new product development projects.
• Translate business goals and end user needs into product strategies.
• Design and implement solutions to key problems to achieve company vision.
• Develop wireframes and user stories together with UX/UI team
• Develop product strategy
• Collaborate and work with engineering developers, UX & UI developers, marketing teams, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress and deadline; adjust as needed

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 year experience working in a Tech or Fintech Company
• Experience working in technology environments including API integrations
• Desire to learn in a fast-paced growth environment despite pressure and stress.
• Proactiveness & Taking responsibility.
