Job Description

• We are looking for a new colleague who will join our Manufacturing Team as  Technical Operator - Shrink Wrapper.
• The Technical Operator - Shrink Wrapper will be responsible for the efficient operation of the shrink wrapper machine for effective production activities and ensure delivery of customer satisfaction, effectiveness, and performance improvement.

The ideal candidate will:

• Adhere to safety, health, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Comply and adhere to quality systems (GMP, 5S, HACCP, ISO 22000:2005 etc).
• Manage equipment and material inventory.
• Analyse performance and seeks ways to continually improve.
• Performs microbial analysis of environmental samples, in-process samples, water samples, finished goods to ensure compliance and to identify risk areas through trends analysis.
• Monitor and ensure that all required documentation is completed as per standard.
• Continually seek to identify opportunities for cost saving and more effective ways of carrying out production activities.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:

• The right candidate should possess HND Mechanical / Electrical or Production Engineering field
• 3 years' experience in similar Role within large manufacturing companies
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to interface with internal employees and to accurately document, report and present.
• Good knowledge of aseptic bottle filling lines.
