Job Title: Technical Marketing Executive
Locations: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and product development team members to plan promotional marketing campaigns.
  • Developing brand styles that effectively capture and convey our company's or clients' voice and mission.
  • Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved 
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and customer insights to inform and refine our marketing strategies.
  • Continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage our audience, keeping pace with market dynamics.
  • Support the shaping of the company's marketing strategy to align with the overarching objectives. 
  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to develop marketing materials.
  • Play a key role in planning and organizing promotional events, ensuring each aligns with our marketing strategies
  • Write blog posts that not only bolster our brand identity but facilitate customer engagement.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Marketing certifications are a plus. Must have completed NYSC

Skills and Requirements:

  • Creative thinker and data-driven
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  •  Excellent presentation skills
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing tools and techniques
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles and industry best practices
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation software such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot is a plus

  • Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently take initiative and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
