Our objective is to become the broadband provider of choice for Superfast mobile broadband internet and Super Clear voice services in each of our markets and to provide over 300 million potential customers in our countries of operation with a fast, reliable and high-quality broadband internet to accelerate development and wealth creation.

Job Title: Talent Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (on-site)

Job Description

  • Implementation and/ or coordination of all Talent processes, practices, systems, and solutions aimed at improving Talent service delivery within the company;
  • Implementation of, and adherence to Talent plans, policies, and procedures as well as legislation;
  • Function as a change agent for implementing talent initiatives and interventions to promote company-wide buy-in, acceptance, and consistency;
  • Management of grievance, discipline, and disputes to promote a value-adding workforce and an enabling and stable work environment;
  • Create comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement activities monthly and annually.
  • Assist the Head of Talent in creating a performance-driven culture throughout the company;
  • Manage the disaster recovery for the elements responsible.
  • Development and implementation of Talent initiatives that influence the company’s performance and productivity in the marketplace in conjunction with the Head of Talent;
  • Review, develop, and make recommendations on Talent policies, procedures, processes, products, and systems to integrate and align these with legislation, and/or organizational strategy and business requirements to ensure delivery of optimum services to clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify key staff trends and challenges in the company and recommend corrective action plans where necessary;
  • Providing any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time by the Head, Talent or any other person appointed by the Company for this purpose.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of first degree in related field
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication skills
