Job Description
- Lead the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition process - Overseeing the day-to-day management of the recruitment process, including reviewing the job descriptions directory, online and Offline advertising, psychometrics and on-boarding and updating of the company resource plan.
- Responsible for creating scalable competency and skill focused career frameworks to support and develop talent, partnering with clients and HR colleagues to build and drive successful processes to enable employees to build development plans to ensure their success.
- Work closely with Business Partners to understand current and predicted demand Support the development and implementation of performance analytics mechanisms to monitor organizational and individual performance against established goals and objectives, relating these to the success of career frameworks.
- Liaise with external organizations and partners to ensure that their policies and methods remain progressive and transformational - Contribute to strategic and operational plans by ensuring their people and culture delivers against company objectives.
- Proactively develop relationships with clients as regards to staffing and outsourcing requirements and self-manage execution process.
- Serve as functional lead, overseeing and supervising members of the recruiting teams’ efforts for the company.
- Play a role in the implementation of technology enhancements to better enable our talent processes.
- Consult with a variety of internal and external stakeholders where appropriate to formulate talent development solutions and support multiple initiatives and strategic projects.
- Add value to the internal and external clients by building and sharing a thorough knowledge of the external labor market, trends and innovation and competitor activity in talent development pursuits.
- Support the development and implementation of client’s reward and recognition programme – as a measure to constantly improve staff engagement levels of outsourced staff.
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development in line with corporate learning and development objectives.
- Strategize on appropriate sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles, with budgetary considerations.
Candidate Experience
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or any related field required.
- Relevant professional qualifications from a recognized professional body (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.)
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent management, with proven experience as a senior TA specialist or TA Manager
- Experience of designing and delivering coaching/mentoring, learning and development and talent management programs.
- Experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment
- At least 3 years of recruitment, with a combination of In-house recruitment and recruitment agency experience is essential –as this role requires an understanding of establishing both internal and external recruitment functions within an organization.
Requirements
- An effective and persuasive communicator who seeks insight into the business and acts as an expert advisor
- Ability to audit and monitor quality of outputs; demonstrable experience of delivery against specified protocols/ procedures ensuring the highest level of performance.
- Understands and champions the importance of data integrity, timely and accurate reporting and uses this information to run efficient and compliant processes
- Experienced in working with recruitment and talent management systems and working within agreed HR policies and processes
- Ability working with employees at all levels in the organisation and across all functions both internal and external.
- Experience of designing and delivering coaching/mentoring, learning and development and talent management programs.
- Experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment
- Therefore, this role is best suited to someone who is operational, hands-on, proactive and works at pace.
