We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Systems Support Engineer

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Contract

The Position

• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding on Managing and monitoring all installedsystemsand infrastructure. Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operatingsystems, application software andsystemmanagement tools. Ensuring the highest levels ofsystemsand infrastructure availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Possibly training more junior staff members
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (or Equivalent) in Computer Science / Engineer or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in I.T industry.
