Job Title: Supply Chain Officer / Storekeeper

Location: Omole Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Issue materials only in required quantities against authorizedrequisition notes/material lists.
• To ensure safe keeping both to quality and quantity of materials.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to account for reimbursements and record-keeping
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
• Providing support to the Accounting Department.
• Ensure the implementation of supply procedure complies with company procedure.
• Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimise inventorycontrol procedures.
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stock
• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies

Qualifications

• HND, OND or BS.c in Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, etc. (Knowledge of Accounting or an accounting degree will be greatly considered
• Great attention to detail Strong reporting skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Creative problem-solving
• Effective time management, ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize tasks.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a supply chain officer or storekeeper or logistics officer
• Excellent knowledge of the use of computer and computer applications and software
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Strong communication skills
