JOB TITLE: GROUP HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate will responsible for the development and implementation of short- and long-term warehousing, transportation and total logistics solutions marketing and sales plan.
An aggressive business strategist with good networking skills.

Educational and Experience Requirement
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field of study,
A Masters degree will be an advantage In addition,
At least 10 years cognate working experience in warehouse and freight logistics marketing with proven success in sales and marketing.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Identify opportunities through market research and networking, and develop a marketing approach tailored to meet the needs of the client
Lead the initiation and negotiation of contractual agreements with customers to manage product storage and distribution
Develop, implement and evaluate sales and marketing policies, procedures and strategies
Market and sell warehousing, transportation and full suite of integrated logistics.

JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate will be accountable for the overall operations management. Must be versatile in modern warehousing techniques.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field of study,
A Masters degree will be an advantage,
In addition, at least 10 years cognate working experience in warehouse and freight logistics or Logistic/Supply Chain business in a reputable organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Implement and maintain processes for item tracking, labeling, storage and retrievals.
Versatile with ERP systems for warehousing in-bound and out-bound items.
Reverse logistics
Generate adequate reports for operations and cost optimization.
General day-to-day administration of multi-site facilities.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Experience of total facility management
Motivational and credible with highly effective interpersonal skills
Meticulous and assertive
Ability to work under pressure

JOB TITLE: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

THE PERSON

A seasoned and successful leader with proven track record of business and operational performance, highly motivated and tested ability to develop people and commercialize all aspects of business.
A well networked professional with verifiable record in implementing business process improvement initiatives, achieving goals and optimizing business procedures




Educational and Experience Requirement.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a University degree in relevant field of study,A Masters degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or advance degree in related discipline will be an advantage.
In addition, at least 15 years cognate working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain business in a multinational organization.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Decisive and forwarding thinking, with strong vision and strategic capability
Ability to network and liaise with clients at very senior level
Operationally strong, financially aware and commercially astute.


KEY DUTIES
Responsible for planning strategic business objectives and implementing systems & processes to monitor performance against agreed KPIs
Developing the company’s commercial processes including account management and marketing
Motivating and providing strong leadership to all departments
