Description

• We are looking for a talented Storeman to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Power Systems Business Segment in Lagos Island, Lagos, Nigeria

In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse.
• Raises concerns in order to reduce cost and quality risks.
• Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.
• Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

• Diploma / Trade Test / SSCE / NABTEB or equivalent experience.
• Good communication abilities and work ethic.
• Ability to pay attention to details and self-accountability.
• Strong human relationship.
