Job Title: Storekeeper

Location: Abaji, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

  • Nestlé Nigeria is currently looking to fill the position of a Storekeeper who will be responsible for the accomplishment of Raw & Packaging materials and Finished Products (DC) Inventory operations effectively and efficiently, with the focus of 100% accuracy on all inventories while exhibiting a strong command & solid team leading qualities.

A day in the life of the Storekeeper

  • Ensuring prompt offloading and timely performing system Good Receipts for all materials delivered to the warehouse, diligently matching, and capturing correct information (PO, COA, waybill etc.).
  • To provide traceability data as and when required. Ensuring FEFO / status control is followed while issuing/staging materials to production.
  • To ensure implementation of Good Warehouse Practice & The Nestle food safety Management System; follow all SHE rules in the MH/DC.
  • Ensuring compliance to all Warehousing operational standards according to SOPs.
  • To perform daily, weekly and monthly inventory count and other responsibilities assigned by the Warehouse Coordinator/ Warehouse Manager.

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Ordinary National Diploma in Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics and other related fields.
  • Minimum one (1) year relevant experience in Material Handling Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehousing
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • SAP "MH Modules" and SAP "SNP Modules"
  • Good Knowledge of figures (computer skill, Analytical skill, etc.).
