We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Store Supervisor

Location: Sabo, Yaba - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues and if necessary, report to the manager and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise the deli and ice-cream section for frequent supply of raw materials needed for production.
  • Supervise cash point and effectively management retail staff
  • Ensure good product displays are maintained.
  • Maintain store's cleanliness, health and safety measures
  • Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed as at when due.
  • Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related task as needed.
  • Ensure products order are received from CROs for necessary modification and submission to Manager.
  • Responsible for the computation of monthly staff attendance and communicating same to the appropriate quarters.
  • Receive goods from warehouse and ensure the products brought are in good condition and the physical goods received corresponds with items on the invoice.
  • Prepare statement note for suppliers.
  • Ensure order sent to direct suppliers are acknowledged and effectively follow up to ensure prompt supply.
  • Ensure general CROs supervision for daily guidance, counselling, training and total compliance to organization’s policies, processes and procedures.
  • Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standard.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met and maintained.
  • Monitor local competitors and ensure that monthly targets are achieved.
  • Ensure change for daily sales is readily available.
  • Maintain appropriate and correct remittance of sales proceeds to account officer for reconciliation.
  • Organize and distribute staff schedules ensuring it is followed strictly and manage changes if any arises.
  • Effectively manage different departments within the stores

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to Details and Numerical Skills.
  • MUST have minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Powerful leading skills and business orientation.

Demonstrable Skills and Technical Competence:

  • Interested applicants must be of high integrity. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to deliver task in a timely and quality manner.
