Etazuma Mining and Industries Limited provides a range of services to client companies in the mining, solid mineral, energy and steel sectors.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Store Keeper
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Plans and performs work that involves receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labelling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining inventory.
  • Responsible for triggering minimum and maximum re-order level for replenishment by the responsible department to avoid production down time and overstocking.
  • Determining a suitable storage space for materials to be received from vendors.
  • Reviewing and Posting of inventory procured and issued in SAP system.
  • Ensure compliance and application of the inventory policies and processes
  • Keeps records to maintain inventory control and to assure proper stock levels.
  • Conduct inventory analysis, evaluation and stock counts.
  • Prepare all necessary account and Issue daily, weekly and monthly report on inventory items to the Line manager.
  • Monitor all Store operations i.e. receipts, storage and issues of materials from the store.
  • Any other task assigned to you by your Line manager.

Your Profile

  • 1-3 years of proven audit and accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • B.Sc, HND in Accounting.
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Computer literacy, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize
