Job Title:  Admin Manager/Secretary

Details:
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. OND/HND in the social sciences or business administration/Secretarial Studies
2. Possession of Higher Degree or relevant professional qualification is an added advantage
3. Fully conversant with Word, Excel, Power point and other relevant applications
4. Must possess minimum of 4 years post qualification experience
5. Should have held verifiable high position at managerial or supervisory level in the last 2 years
6. Relevant experience in Real Estate Management will be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identification and management of good business prospects.
2. Adequate implementation of record-based and target-driven business plan and profitable business budget.
3. Efficient client management strategies and interpersonal business relationship.
4. Putting in place appropriate business plans and budget to ensure profitability and maintenance of cash flow.
5. Maintenance of existing and creation of new clients.
