Job Title: Solar Installer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will live close to Lekki, Lagos Island, and have up to 5 years of experience in installing, troubleshooting, and monitoring solar power systems.
• This position requires a hands-on individual with a strong understanding of solar technology and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
Installation:

• Install solar panels on residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure all installations are completed according to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Work with a team to complete installations in a timely and efficient manner.

Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and repair solar power system issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to solar systems.
• Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Monitoring:

• Monitor the performance of installed solar systems to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Use monitoring software to track system performance and identify potential issues.
• Provide regular reports on system performance to customers and management.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of experience in solar installation, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
• Proven experience in installing residential and commercial solar systems.
• Strong understanding of solar technology and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Must live close to Lekki, Lagos Island.
• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools related to solar installation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly
