Job Title: SME / Corporate Finance Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • A top financial services provider is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of the brand’s finance products to SMEs and corporate clients.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to drive sales growth in the SME and corporate finance segment.
  • You will work closely with the executive team to identify new business opportunities and expand the brand’s customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into customers.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure high performance.
  • Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the executive team, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the SME and corporate finance segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the finance service industry with a focus on SMEs and corporate clients.

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
