Job Title: Shopper & Customer Marketing Manager - Derma, CEWA

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Main Accountabilities
Category Development:

  • Translate category strategy road map from marketing into clear growth plans and lead implementation of same.
  • Monitor and track category growth indices - Numeric and weighted distribution, share in handlers, market share and develop corrective action plans to drive performance.

Campaign Plans Ownership:

  • Preparation of Campaign plans in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, S&CM, Supply Chain and Sales Controlling team.
  • Lead brilliant execution of campaign plans, across channels/ touchpoints in collaborations with sales and brand teams.

POS & POS Communication:

  • POS excellence
  • Define picture of success by format/channel/country and make sure that same is executed.
  • Reduce cost yet improve the quality of POS.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Using the right tools at the right locations (relevant touchpoints) on the Path to Purchase to maximizing POS VISIBILITY.
  • Ensuring engaging communication at POS.

Promotions Planning:

  • Planning, Approval and communication.
  • PI, PD, PC, & TTC contribution planning.
  • Liaising with Supply Chain for promo forecasting and bundling.
  • Post Promotion analysis and making sure that corrective measures are taken.

Assortment & Merchandising:

  • Assortment management as per country/channel/format with objective of Sales and margin maximization.
  • Ensuring successful Implementation of Trax.
  • Rolling out uniform Beauty Advisor Program for CEWA.
  • Planogram management- preparation and ensuring execution is done.

New Launch Management:

  • Define clear and concise GTM strategy.
  • Outline distribution, sales and execution plans with SMART targets.
  • Sharing new launch performance dashboard with the team.

Position Reporting Line:

  • The job holder reports directly to the Head of Sales, AME (Matrixed). Second reporting line to local market.
