Global Process and Pipeline Services Limited (GPPS) offer quality services and a number of innovative new technologies, that will span over the under listed Services: Pipeline Cleaning, Commissioning, Decommissioning and Pumping Services Nitrogen Services and Chemical Cleaning Integrated Hook-up, Pre-commissioning and Start up of oil and gas facilities (HUC). Project Management and Support Services. Maintenance and Support Services. Job Title: Senior Project Engineer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Full Time

Job Context and Main Activities

• Client liaison, Project Planning and Job Design; Engineering & Engineering Review of Pipeline and Process Services projects.
• Supervises the initial application (field tests) of new products or services or tests and evaluates operational software products and product releases from Software Technology resources.
• Develops and presents technical information in seminar and classroom environments.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for project processes and procedures.
• Setting and working within project budgets to maximize company profits.
• Efficient and effective performance of major Pipeline and Process Services projects.
• Acts as subject matter expert and provides application expertise and any special technical data to Business Development, Application Engineering, Training, External Customers and Operations to support product and service applications globally. Requires 24/7 accessibility.
• Interfaces with operations/external customers on special development projects.
• Incorporates Reliability, HSE, and Quality standards into Pipeline and Process Services job activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, preferably with a focus on pipeline or process engineering.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices.
• Working knowledge of Nigerian oil and gas regulations and industry standards is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a senior project engineer in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or power generation industries.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and delivering pipeline and process projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline and process engineering principles, including design, construction, and operation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
