We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Procurement Officer (Buyer)

Location: Lagos

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review the Service requests, Bid Package /SOW from respective project departments before releasing RFP/RFQ to contractors.
• MIS update
• Work as a team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned works.
• Development of New Contractors as per project requirements
• Preparation of RFQ / Tender documents
• Follow up and obtain offers in time.
• Preparation of Comparative Statement of Quotations
• Commercial bid analysis
• Preparation of Approval Note
• Service order preparation / subsequent amendments and timely communication to Contractors.
• Coordination related to progressive payments & documentation flow.
• Coordination with Contractor and Project dept. for Job Completion Certificate.
• Coordination with Accounts for final payments and after-sales service
• Coordination for post-order issues, if any.

Education Requirements

• Minimum Requirement HND/B.Eng. in Civil Engineering / Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical
• Minimum 5 to 10 years related experience.
