Rainoil Logistics Services Limited provides product haulage services for the efficient delivery of products to our network of stations and customers across the country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Logistics Manager
Location: Oghara, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and optimization of Rainoil logistics processes
• Effective management ofa team of logistics professionals
• Building sustainable and viable business relationships with stakeholders in the oil and gas Logistics business
• Identifying and mitigating risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain
• Implementing technology and process improvements to increase efficiency
• Analyzing data and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Coordinating haulageand delivery of wet cargo products
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Developing and managing budgets and cost reduction initiatives

Minimum Job Requirements

• First Degree (First class or Second-Class Upper Division)/HND in Transportation
• 7 years of relevant experience in logistics operations management
• Proven knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Oil and Gas business
• Ability to handle supply chain challenges in Oil and Gas Industry
• MBA and professional qualifications is an added advantage.
• Ability to effectively manage people (Team of Logistics Specialist) and other resources.

• Effective route management skills(Nigeria)
• Top-notch truck management skills
• Good Marketing skill of Oil and Gas Products
• Good communication skills (both in writing and verbal communication).
• Good people management Skills
• Proven ability of inventory management
