Responsibilities
As a Senior Finance Manager- Subsea Production System- SSA you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a large diverse high performing team of individuals in the region
  • Working with the region leader to present a clear and compelling vision on strategy, business and support for the region both within and outside the region.
  • Working with the operating team to develop actions plans to implement the strategy for the region.
  • Influencing senior business management to change structures, roles, ways of working to drive efficiency.
  • Driving the region leadership to deliver to financial and operational targets.
  • Upholding the highest level of controllership and compliance in the region

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma /GED.
  • At least 5 years as a Senior Finance Manager.
  • Ability to create and manage project plans and large working teams.
  • Show good international experience.
  • Have significant experience in Finance.
  • Knowledge of Oracle application is an added advantage.
  • Background in Audit is an added advantage.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
