We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Senior Document Controller (Business Relations)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Principal Accountabilities

  • Outbound Correspondence Mgt
  • Inbound Correspondence Mgt.
  • Corporate Correspondence (CoCo) Document Retrieval.
  • CoCo SharePoint Mgt.
  • Document Management (incl. controls).
  • Ad-hoc stakeholder engagement and reporting Services

Academic Qualification

  • University Degree / Higher National Diploma in any Discipline

Professional Certifications:

  • Microsoft Office applications certifications is an added advantage.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience – Experience in Oil & Gas is a plus.

Leadership Skills:

  • Experience and Working Knowledge of Corporate Document filing and controls.
  • Reporting and Presentation
  • Stake Holder Management
  • Experience in Information Management.
  • Demonstrable coaching and mentoring skills
  • Positive attitude, excellent inter-personal skills, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Must possess the ability to multitask and to organize duties in an efficient manner while being flexible and capable of dealing with sudden priority changes with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator (both written and oral), self-directed and highly motivated requiring minimal direct guidance.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving and decision-making skills.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and others)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Resilient personality with focus and determination
  • Strong organizational skills essential.
  • Experience with usage of specialized document control Applications such as Shell Information Management System (SIMS), SharePoint, External Stakeholder Interface Management System (ESIMS), or similar Applications.
