Job Description

  • We are currently seeking a professional and organized Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary, you will provide administrative support to the school management, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the school.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining files and records, and coordinating office activities. You will also be responsible for welcoming visitors, telephone handling, and assisting with general inquiries. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, has excellent organizational and communication skills, and is able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Office Administration or a relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
