Job Title: Secretary

Job Summary

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to emails.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and colleagues, and provide hospitality.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to teams, managers, and executives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or equivalent software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
