Job Brief

  • We are seeking for a qualified applicant for the post of a Sales & Office Manager who will contribute and develop integrated marketing strategies and promote product sales and services.

Job Description

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
  • Daily coordinating of the sales/marketing team and daily operations of the office.
  • Meet potential clients and grow long lasting relationship by understanding their needs.
  • Oversee the sales team to ensure quotas and standard are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully managing the sales team
  • Digital and traditional marketing dynamics
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, training, counselling and product knowledge education.
  • Oversee day to day activities, planning and report as the head of the team.
  • Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, long term overall account goals in line with the company’s policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 3 - 5 year’s successful work experience in a sales or marking position in the beauty sector.
  • Strong leadership skills & working knowledge of marketing and sales industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office & good communication skills.

Remuneration
Very attractive plus commission
