Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • The Sales and Marketing Manager will be working in a multifaceted role that combines sales, operations, and management responsibilities to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction to developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's Energy, Managed services, and fiber optics business lines.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and tailor sales approaches accordingly.

Team Leadership:

  • Inspire, motivate and guide the sales and marketing team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Analyse data to adjust strategies.
  • Set performance goals and provide coaching.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Detailed Quotations:

  • Analyse and interpret project specifications, drawings and design intent to understand scope of works and scheme.
  • Support customers in getting value from our products.
  • Actively involved, along with the Estimator, in creatingbespoke quotationsfor each project, considering specific requirements.
  • Create and deliver captivating presentations to showcase proposals and options.

Customer Handover:

  • Ensure a seamless transition after closing deals.
  • Transfer all relevant information to the contracts team.

Requrements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 5yrs+ experience in Sales and/or Marketing Leadership role.
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • Knowledge or a keen interest in the telecom sector
