Job Summary

  • The Sales Lead, Public Sector will develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and onboard public sector clients.
  • This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the public sector, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the public sector.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, handle objections, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of wragby solutions to potential clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
  • A proven track record in public sector sales, technology sales, cloud sales, or related fields.
  • A deep commitment to understanding and addressing the specific needs of customers.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales with exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
  • Event Organisation: Experience in planning and executing sales events tailored to the public sector market, including trade shows, webinars, and seminars.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with cultural sensitivity for effective communication.
  • The ability to work independently, set goals, and consistently meet or exceed net new customer acquisition targets
