Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We seek a motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented Sales Agent to join our sales team on a contractual basis.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Raven's Bankbox products to merchants, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and fostering long-term relationships with customers.
  • This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about achieving sales success. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive the sales of the Bankbox product by achieving a monthly target of 80 units sold. 
  • Transaction Facilitation: Ensure each Bankbox generates at least ten (10) daily transactions totalling at least 100,000 NGN in value. 
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. 
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, including detailed performance metrics and insights. 
  • Team Participation: Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team activities to enhance performance. 
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. 
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand the competitive landscape. 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants and agents to foster loyalty and repeat business. 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Education: Minimum of an OND certificate in any related field. 
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in the banking or financial services sector. 

Skills: 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. 
  • Proficiency in using sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 
  • High level of target orientation and a results-driven mindset.
