Goonite (NG) Hygiene Product FZE is a fast-growing manufacturing and distribution company known for its premium brands: Lebrace Diapers and Besense Sanitary Pads located in Lekki axis.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Ojota - Lagos, Onitsha - Anambra, & Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
  • This individual will play a key role in expanding our market presence and introducing Goonite (NG) Hygiene Product FZEsolutions to new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and promote brand awareness.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the sales manager.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities in various regions across Nigeria.
  • Actively prospect, pitch, and close deals with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Must not be more than 25years, Preferably male for gender balance.
  • Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Nigeria.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities, with the confidence to close deals effectively.
