Description

  • We are looking for an Sales Engineer to join our team in the Filter / HVAC industry! If you have a passion for Sales, revenue, Customer Engagement this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs and requirements.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to design and propose tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product advancements, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
  • Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, presentations, and answering technical queries.
  • Sales Process Support: Assist the sales team in developing proposals, creating technical documentation, and closing deals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in a sales engineering role or a similar technical sales position, preferably in Filter/HVAC.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Air Filter/ HVAC, and related technologies, systems, and products relevant to our industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications or technical qualifications.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the market and business practices.
