Job Title: Sales Associate

Locations: Lekki, Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
In-Store Process compliance:

  • Know (personally read and understand) the store SOP.
  • Ensure that transactions such as exchanges, customer orders, layaway, and alterations are carried out in accordance with their respective SOPs.
  • Ensure adherence to store sales processes.

In-Store Customer Engagement:

  • Provide a warm welcome to customers
  • Engage and provide helpful guidance to customers, using your product knowledge and available tools (such as the Lookbook) to meet their needs.
  • Offer add-ons (e.g. accessories) to customers to complement and maximize their basket size.
  • Responsible for putting the customer through the loyalty registration process with accurate data capture.

Store Till management:

  • Courteously support in carrying the customer-selected item in the shopping basket to the till for payment to be taken.
  • Till/Cash management – As a sales associate, you could be assigned the duty of managing the till.
  • You are to ensure transactions are closed properly and that revenue generated in sales is not lost by the following duties.

In-Store Inventory Management:

  • They are meticulously receiving merchandise shipped into the store using the transfer slip.
  • Ensuring that the merchandise details (Prices, Code, Age/size and description) tally on the tag against the transfer slip.

Job Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 2 years of work experience.
