Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating our organization's marketing strategies.
• Create relevant content per the marketing calendar to drive traffic and increase conversions on the website.
• Conducting market research, identifying appropriate vendor markets and devise effective plans to reach them.
• Investigate, recommend, and implement new enhancements that can increase revenue, brand awareness, and improve overall customer experience by analysing the results of ongoing efforts.

Requirements

• The candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Decision-making skills to select the right campaign design that catches vendors’ eyes.
• Having creative problem-solving skills to generate innovative marketing ideas when sales slow.
• A tech-savvy with good computer skills for today's digital marketing trends.
• Relevant 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce and healthcare marketing.
• The candidate must be a skilled communicator with the interpersonal skills to discuss the promotional process with superiors.
