Due to the expansion of our operations in Nigeria, we are seeking for highly qualified, pro-active, fast learning, well organized and motivated resources for the following positions within the Company.


JOB TITLE: Senior Contract Manager
JOB CODE: SCM
LOCATION: Port Harcourt

Responsibilities

  • Reviews all contract documents to ensure proper managing of the relevant risk profiles
  • Administration of on-going main contract and subcontracts in accordance with Company procedure
  • Ensure all warranty, bonds, insurances, guarantees ,etc. are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the Contract and subcontracts
  • Investigates problems and recommends corrective action
  • Handles all contract close out procedures .
  • Ensure that all contractual procedures are implemented and maintained
  • Prepares correspondence and maintains records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all contractual matters
  • Assists in preparation and managing of contract change and claim analysis and resolution
Qualification and Experience
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Law, Economics or Project Management from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 10 years applicable experience preferably in fertilizer Ipipeline projects
  • Specialized knowledge in Contract law
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented and high productivity
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good Interpersonal sklls
  • Result-oriented attitude


JOB TITLE: Junior Contract Manager
JOB CODE: JCM
LOCATION: Port Harcourt

Responsibilities
  • Reviews all contract documents to ensure proper managing of the relevant risk profiles,
  • Administration of on-going main contract and subcontracts in accordance with Company procedures
  • Ensure all warranties bonds, insurances guarantees, etc. are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the Contract and subcontracts
  • Investigates problems ad recommends corrective action
  • Handles all contract close-out procedures
  • Ensure that all contractual procedures are implemented and maintained
  • Prepares correspondence and maintains records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all contractual procedures
  • Assist in the preparation and managing of contract change and claim analysis and resolution
Qualification and Experience
