Medilink Equipment Company Limited was registered in 2013 as a private company. In the year 2019 the company structure was changed and the company was registered as a limited liability company. Since our registration in 2013 we have been in the field of the supply and installation of medical equipment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Revenue Clerk
Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full Time

Description

  • We are looking for a Revenue clerk to join the X-ray unit of the department. The ideal candidate should have excellent data entry, data analysis and data maintaining skills.
  • Detail oriented, proficient in using IT technology.

Main Duties

  • Collection of receipts from front desk.
  • Run a monthly report from HMIS system of the different procedures, number of patients per procedure.
  • Provide weekly data for KPI reporting.
  • Check patient record of payment on HMIS system (PMO) tallies with receipts collected.
  • Daily update of ERP system.
  • Identify the x-ray procedures carried out & collate weekly figures based on each procedure.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 - 10 years
  • Good use of initiative
  • Proficient in using IT technology.
  • Ability to compare names & numbers accurately and rapidly.
  • Ability to effectively work with the public.
  • Excellent data-entry, data analysis, and data maintaining skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to take a critical approach towards work methods.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good planning & organizational skills.
  • Good time management.
  • Able to propose new ideas & follow through.
