BNB Living Home started operations in 2010 in the retail market of the Interior Decoration industry; by manufacturing and distributing the finest in bedding and soft home furnishing. The company has since operated on the belief that every individual should have access to quality bedding regardless of their location or their status.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 



Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Role Summary

  • The Retail Sales Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the retail arm of the business by developing strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, increase profitability, create policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base.
  • In addition to this, the role holder is tasked with delivering on digital marketing strategies that will attract and sustain new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.
  • Ensure all products are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies to maximize search engine traffic and generally improve the company’s online presence
  • Generate innovative ideas and opportunities that can improve sales and profit for the business
  • Manage pricing and inventory and ensure that this is up to date per time.
  • Support with new product launch planning and marketing
  • Provide exceptional online customer service and maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
  • Negotiate with external suppliers and vendors to secure the best product deals

Requirements

  • Minimum educational level of B.Sc. / HND in a relevant field e.g. Business management, Marketing, etc.
  • At least 5 years post NYSC cognitive experience in core sales & marketing in a retail business.
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
