Job Title: Relationship Manager - Deposit Mobilizer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new businesses by mobilizing deposits and also creating quality risk assets for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deposit mobilization and creation of quality risk asset
• Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services to guide their choices
• Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities
• Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
• Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
• Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5 -12 years of experience in a similar role working within the financial service industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N650,000 Monthly.
