Bucksways Leverages and Investments Limited was incorporated as licensed limited liability company in 2017 providing financial convenience to the deficit users of fund. The company started informally in 2016 and formally commenced business in 2017. It has since steadily grown to become a valuable bridge in the finance and wealth creation value chain through breaking down the main limiting barrier of financing which stands between real and enterprising entrepreneurs who have been systematically denied assistance. Many of these businesses had been denied assistance by the formal finance system.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Promotes company’s products, identifies and develops opportunities, assesses competitors, evaluates funding availability, coordinates marketing activities, and services existing and potential new customers
  • Leads proposal development and recommends strategies or tactics to optimize best value proposition for new customer opportunities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Proactive engagement of existing and potential customers and arranging business meetings with prospective clients/customers.
  • Prepare sales budgets ensuring adherence to established policies, rules, guidelines and assume the primary responsibility for your portfolio credit risk assets management;
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, alongside budgets performances;
  • Monitoring and management of deposits and loans and follow up support services
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
  • Working with members of the Business Developments Units to develop new strategies for selling products or services to clients

Skills and Education

  • A good First Degree / HND from a reputable University / Polytechnic
  • A relevant professional certificate is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 3-10 years of sales/marketing experience in a Banking/Finance Institution.
  • Effective Communication
  • Good Customer Service.
