Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site Relationship Management Officer role located in Lagos. As a Relationship Management Officer, you will be responsible for day-to-day client interactions,
• Ensuring client satisfaction, and developing strategies to meet clients' financial needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide appropriate advice
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer relationship management skills
