Job Title: Sage Foundation Regional Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Overview:
- Coordinate the operational delivery of Sage Foundation activities in countries of responsibility in the Africa region
Responsibilities:
- Work with Regional Foundation Manager to deliver a plan of programmes ensuring that Sage Foundation is visible and active in all key locations
- Coordinate and deliver volunteer programmes in all key locations to drive colleague engagement and increased participation
- Coordinate existing, and establish new, non-profit partnerships that are aligned to, and support the delivery of the Sage Foundation vision and objectives
- Where appropriate, work collaboratively with peers from across region to support local delivery, develop region-wide programmes and NPO relationships
- Identify NPO’s that could be eligible for Programme Manager / Executive grants
- Work with Product Donation team to ensure eligible NPO’s benefit from our donation programme and to support Sage Foundation’s financial stability
- Work collaboratively with the Sage Foundation Communications Manager to ensure the successful delivery of key messages and campaigns
- Provide hands on support to assist with the delivery of high profile / large scale Foundation projects, events and activities in your area when needed
- Coordinate the distribution of Sage Foundation collateral across all locations
- Deliver all programmes and activities within the pre-approved operational budget
- Assist with the collection of monthly data / information on all Sage Foundation activities

Must have:
- A passionate, community minded individual who is aligned with the Sage Foundation vision, can contribute to that vision, and can inspire Sage colleagues to get involved
- A dynamic self-starter who is able to build on the best of existing Sage philanthropy and develop & implement a clear vision for the future
- A great team player who is happy to coordinate in-country activities and also be hands-on
- A good understanding of the regional / country non-profit sector
- Proven ability to assist with establishing effective partnerships and relationships
- An effective communicator and influencer to individuals of all levels internally and externally and who is sensitive to global difference
Preferred:
- Experience of the Sage global products is desirable
- An understanding of how to use data to evaluate impact
