Job Title: Product Manager

Ref: PMS
Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product portfolio based on market requirements and technology trend through innovative prt:ducts and promotional campaigns
  • Set the strategy and vision for Postpaid Consumer Products in the market and manage the portfolio products/promotion performance mo ensure positive KPIs
  • Plan, implement & review of various programs related to acquisition, retention, revenue enhancement & tie_ups under the assigned segments/categories
  • Handle feasibility of new products based on marketing research and consumer insights, development of value propositions. launch of products and their performance measurement.
  • Manage existing base and identifying new opportunities on any sub-segment for organizational growth.
  • Define product and pricing strategy for postpaid business.
  • Develop marketing plan for the launch of new prod4cts/ tariff plans to grow market share, gr&s additions and open alternative revenue streams.
  • Evaluate the commercial & technical viability and recommend pricing strategies for new postpaid products.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a first degree in Commercial, Business, Economics, or other related fields
  • Possession of MBA certification would be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecoms product development.

 

 

 

Job Title: Business Planning Manager

Ref: BPMS
Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse commercial performance across all voice interconnect routing plans to ensure minimum margin compliance and route quality.
  • Collaborate with carriers to ascertain the heat workable routes at best costs.
  • Assist in developing new pricing scenarios, assessing impact on Gateway sales, gross profit and net margin percentage targets. cost management, rate negotiations, monitoring and adjustment as necessary based on regulatory and market trends.
  • Generation of sales lead, pre-approval of rate issuance, advisory on rates enquiries and sales cycle management.
  • Report generation, and analysis of data based

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in voice interconnect services preferably in the GSM mobile environment.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a Commercial discipline.
  • Good knowledge of international telecom networks and international carriers, together with agreements for carriage and termination of international traffic.
  • Good understanding of regulators’ framework lot Nigeria and other countries,
  • Strong understanding of economic norms, trends and implications of international traffic, both voice and data.

 

 

 

Job Title: Account Manager

Ref: AMS
Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing, ISP or  wholesale clients by building strong relationships through world class customer service.
  • Grow and retain clients through strategic structured conversations to identify connectivity, security, cloud arid other needs they may have.
  • Aggressively generate and pursue sales to develop new sources of revenue front wholesale/ISP customers to meet or exceed given targets.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel. Manage all stages c,f the sales cycle including post-sales processes to ensure customers’ requirements are met
  • Provide continuous competitive market feedback to management
  • Develop and maintain ownership of assigned accounts and ensure they are always in good health.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted.
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses as required to close sales
  • Work with Sales Support Engineers to resolve all escalated client technical issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a first degree in Commercial, Business, Economics, or other related fields

  • 5 -10 years with relevant experience in enterprise sales / business development for a Telecom/ IT Company

 

 

 

Job Title: Senior Account Manager, Carrier Business

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting assigned revenue and gross margin and collection targets.
  • Work actively with Account Managers to develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income stream.
  • Responsible for ensuring that account managers harness the full potentials of all connected partners.
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; rate negotiation.
  • Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to derail in ensuring all profitable sales opportunities are captured and explored.
  • Manage and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and all required documentations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a first degree in Commercial, Business, Economics, or other related fields
  • MBA or relevant Masters qualification from a globally reputable institution.
  • 5 -10 years with relevant experience in enterprise sales / business development in a Telecom / IT Campsite.
